A breastfeeding playlist is a soundtrack, not a milk-supply plan.
How to enjoy gentle music without treating a recording as treatment for a feeding concern.
Read promises carefully.
A playlist title can make a quiet room sound like a feeding intervention. Enjoying a recording and improving milk supply are different claims. Geppetto’s music is offered as listening, not as a treatment or a guarantee about feeding. You do not need to buy a particular sound or maintain a listening schedule to deserve support.
Choose for comfort and convenience.
Pick music you personally enjoy and can operate easily. You might save a short selection for an awake cuddle or for your own break while another adult cares for the baby. It does not need to accompany breastfeeding, and it can be turned off whenever it stops feeling useful.
Bring the real question to someone qualified.
If you are worried about milk intake, pain or how feeding is going, contact your maternity team, health visitor or qualified breastfeeding professional. Describe what you have noticed rather than testing different tracks to see whether the issue changes. Individual care can consider details that a music website cannot assess.
Keep a pleasant ritual without the pressure.
You can continue using a favourite song alongside appropriate feeding support if you enjoy it. You can also drop the music entirely. The value of a small family ritual does not depend on proving a biological effect, and a difficult feed does not mean you failed to relax enough or chose the wrong soundtrack.

A SONG FOR THE MOMENT YOU ARE IN
One small pause.
One familiar melody.
